Berling MONOSTOP VAPOR ELASTIC elastomeric acrylic paint is designed to protect and waterproof vertical exterior concrete and plaster surfaces, both new and old. It forms a waterproof, elastic membrane that covers hairline cracks while allowing moisture to escape from the wall as water vapour without causing the film to blister.
It has low water absorption and CO₂ permeability, as well as high water vapour permeability. It resists stains and rain streaks, salts, frost, UV radiation, alkalis and chalking, while preventing mould growth on the film. In white, it offers high solar reflectance and cool-material properties.
