I prefer balms compared to lotions because they provide longer-lasting hydration. Personally, I have oily facial skin, so I use it for moisturizing the rest of my body. It is the best thing for after shaving, especially if combined with the cleansing oil from the same line. Others with sensitivities use it all over and it does a good job. Seriously, the pump is a plus as it prevents the product from easily spoiling. Personally, I didn't notice any scent at all in this product, nor in the others in the Xeracalm line, maybe just a light pleasant scent in the shower gel.

There is no worse smell. It is awful, it smells like dirt! It is really a very important reason not to buy it again, even if it does its job.

I suffer from chronic eczema and this is the only cream that completely relieves the area and keeps it hydrated until the next application. Having tried cortisone creams, ointments, and dermatologist-prescribed formulations, I have concluded that Avene is the only solution for people with dry skin and atopic dermatitis.

PS. I also tried it on my baby when I noticed that he also has a tendency for atopic skin, and the result was immediate. Now, my little one asks for it with every diaper change. As for the scent, personally, I don't smell anything.

I have a chronic problem with eczema around my eyes. I no longer use cortisone cream. This specific product is amazing, it instantly moisturizes without greasiness and provides relief. As for the scent, it has none. I am allergic to anything with a strong scent and this product doesn't smell like anything. I would highly recommend it.

1 star because it didn't help at all with my child's eczema and also because it made the baby smell like fish while wearing it. Honestly, I have never seen a cream with a worse smell.

I was surprised!!! It does what it promises, I use it on my face at night and it has saved me. I have sensitive skin and especially on my face, it is very dry. On my body, I usually prefer a lighter cream, but I have used it in cases where I have more dryness on my knees and below, the hydration lasts even between showers. The scent is so neutral that I don't pay attention to it. Truly 10/10

It was recommended to us by the pediatrician and frezyderm, but it was a waste of money! Choose it for your babies with closed eyes!!

I bought this cream for the first time in December. I have sensitive and very dry skin and I suffer from it from time to time. I was hesitant at first, but as soon as I put it on, I loved it. I still use it every day, there are definitely other very nice ones, and this one is definitely on the list. It is particularly thick, but it melts completely and you don't feel it. It contains monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids due to the oil it contains (evening primrose oil), although you can add another different oil if you want. It also has water, which presumably does something as well... Fortunately, it has no fragrance, but it requires caution because it is not suitable for the morning, I would say, because it is so moisturizing and the sunscreen may not sit well. I avoid wearing it in the morning and generally anything with oils, etc., because if the sunscreen film breaks, it's not good.

We were recommended by our pediatrician for our little one and it really does the job.

On 13/1/2023, I come back to say that the dry skin became much better and that we switched and tried the Aderma Exomega, which helped our little one even more.

The best product for atopic dermatitis, I have been using it on my daughter since she was a newborn. It is very thick and doesn't smell nice, to be precise it is odorless, but it eliminates the atopic condition.

It has literally saved me!!! With two children with atopic dermatitis, it's the only solution! I use the baume, which is heavier than the regular cream, so it takes a long time to absorb. I mainly apply it at night before they go to sleep and by morning... it's a different skin!! Completely different appearance, without atopy, without irritation!
It comes in an economical 400ml packaging and with the ABSOLUTE ADVANTAGE of the dispenser, which means it doesn't let in air, so the remaining product doesn't get altered until its expiration date! Otherwise, it's like you haven't even opened it! The remaining quantity stays tightly closed! (The packaging doesn't even have the familiar icon with the jar that shows how much life the product has after it's been opened). So, the 400ml doesn't go to waste if you don't manage to consume it all!

Texture and absorption are not the best, it sticks to clothes. But it does its job. I have a big problem with dry skin on my back and after 2-3 applications, I saw results.

I have already bought it 3 times. Great for the face after exfoliation, for winter or after sun exposure, or instead of a typical face cream. Tested on mature skin. It doesn't have a strong scent because they haven't added fragrance, but it's better this way.
