Prosphora seal with Byzantine script IC XC NIKA, crafted by the fathers of the Holy Skete of the Holy Trinity, also known as the Skete of Kavsokalyvia, which is under the Holy Monastery of Megistis Lavras on Mount Athos. It is a genuine Athonite handmade item, faithfully following Orthodox symbolism.

It features deep engraving, as it is hand-carved, to achieve a clear imprint of the design on the dough. Diameter: approximately 15 cm.

Instructions for seal maintenance:

  • Do not wash.
  • Keep away from moisture, as there is a risk of mold or warping.
  • Do not oil, as the oil will alter their color and later cause darkening.
  • Immediately after use, when dough residues are still fresh, clean with a toothpick and remove flour with a brush similar to a toothbrush.
  • Store in a cloth or paper case in a drawer or cupboard away from moisture.
