The waterproof saltwater knee is a four-bar prosthetic knee joint that meets the safety needs of low mobility users, while matching the natural demands of active amputees. It is waterproof and functional, featuring LegWorks' Autolock Technology stance phase controller, which provides security on all terrains. The swing phase controller allows variable walking speed without the use of hydraulic or pneumatic systems. It includes a simple manual rotary lock for absolute stability in and around water. This version offers adjustable flexion through a flexion adapter.

The joint features Stance Flexion, a pyramid adapter with integrated front and rear elastics that compress during loading, providing up to 12 degrees of range of motion during the stance phase (while the joint is locked).
