Directions for Use:

• Black Eyeliner Pencil 01: Can be applied to the outer and inner lines of the eyes.
• Double Dream Supreme: Apply the mascara with a light zigzag motion from the base to the tip of the lashes. Repeat the process for a more intense, long, and full look.
