BioSNEDS™ technology is an innovation in the field of dietary supplements, enabling the formation of nano-emulsions in the intestine, which bypass the hepatic metabolism of creatine and facilitate its absorption through the lymphatic pathway.

In this way, BioSNEDS™ technology offers 22 times greater bioavailability of creatine compared to the conventional form. According to the EFSA, a daily intake of 3 grams of creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-duration, high-intensity exercise and may enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in individuals over 55 years of age.

    I have tried several types of creatine over the years, such as monohydrate in powder and capsules as well as Kre-Alkalyn, and I can say that Terranova's creatine suited me more than all the others. It gave me very good energy during training, a nice muscle pump, and most importantly for me, I didn't have the classic water retention, so the muscles look more "defined" and not so blurred.

    Personally, I take 2 capsules 1-2 hours before training and another 2 afterwards along with my protein shake.

    Overall, I consider it an amazing choice for muscle growth and performance, especially if you are used to classic creatine and want to try something different.
