The aim of this publication is to guide the reader in a concise and understandable manner through the concepts and fundamental issues of administrative procedural law, and to provide answers to the key questions of this legal field. Given the particularities and complexity of the topics, emphasis has been placed primarily on the doctrinal organization of the material into a cohesive structure: The purpose of the work is for the student to understand the structures that constitute the backbone of administrative procedural law, within which the ever-changing details of the process are incorporated. The doctrinal guiding principles of the system offer direction and solutions to specific interpretative problems.

This volume includes the General Part of administrative procedural law and the procedural aspects of remedial procedural aids, annulment petitions, and substantive appeals. The goal is to understand the difficult points arising from the limitations of judicial review of state action, the internal division into annulment cases and substantive disputes, as well as the strict and complex conditions for the admissibility of procedural remedies against administrative acts. It also aims to clarify issues related to the special treatment of administrative authorities as parties, and the cumulative use of multiple procedural acceleration techniques (consolidation, pre-evidence, restrictions on the use of evidence, procedures in council, and strict limitations on procedural remedies).

This work will soon be supplemented with chapters on claims, special procedures, provisional protection, and legal remedies.
