Τα 8 προγράμματα καλύπτουν ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστείς, από gelato και παγωτό μέχρι sorbet και frozen yogurt, ενώ τα τρία δοχεία είναι πολύ πρακτικά γιατί μπορείς να ετοιμάσεις διαφορετικές γεύσεις χωρίς να περιμένεις. I will never buy ice cream from the supermarket again. I say it and I sign it. Izzy Italian Gelato came to our home and completely changed the way we see ice cream.
It has 8 programs, so you’re not playing by chance. You choose what you want: gelato, vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free, whatever you like, and the machine knows what to do.
The 3 containers of 650ml each are something I loved. You make three different flavors in the same round. Chocolate for the child, vanilla for the wife, something more experimental for me. All together.
The result? Chewy, velvety, without crystals. Like the one you pay for at the shop, but here you know what’s inside.
And the self-cleaning function is the cherry on top. You don’t waste half an hour washing it afterwards.

Δεν θα ξαναγοράσω παγωτό από super market. Το λέω και το υπογράφω. Η Izzy Italian Gelato ήρθε στο σπίτι μας και άλλαξε εντελώς τον τρόπο που βλέπουμε το παγωτό.
Έχει 8 προγράμματα, οπότε δεν παίζεις στην τύχη. Διαλέγεις τι θες gelato, vegan, χωρίς ζάχαρη, gluten free, ό,τι σου κατέβει και η μηχανή ξέρει τι να κάνει.
Τα 3 δοχεία των 650ml είναι κάτι που το λάτρεψα. Φτιάχνεις τρεις διαφορετικές γεύσεις στον ίδιο γύρο. Σοκολάτα για το παιδί, βανίλια για τη γυναίκα, κάτι πιο πειραματικό για μένα. Όλα μαζί.
Το αποτέλεσμα; Μαστιχωτό, βελούδινο, χωρίς κρυστάλλους. Σαν αυτό που πληρώνεις στο μαγαζί, αλλά εδώ ξέρεις τι έχει μέσα.
Και η λειτουργία αυτοκαθαρισμού είναι το κερασάκι στην τούρτα. Δεν χάνεις μισή ώρα να την πλένεις μετά.

There is no better time than to see a review of an ice cream maker, since the time is coming to make ice cream at home, which we will need again this summer. I am one of those people who obviously do not stop eating ice cream throughout the year. I don't know why there is this imaginary break from ice cream consumption. Anyway. So, now that we've cleared that up, let's take a look at the new Izzy IZ-2045 Italian Gelato ice cream maker. I used it for about 3 weeks and I've made quite a few things!
Let's get to know it a bit up close first. Initially, it's quite compact, not very small but not very big either. It's narrow and tall so it doesn't take up much space on the counter. It has this large screen at the front with all the options you might need for making ice cream. Obviously, regular ice cream, light ice cream if you use different ingredients, Italian gelato, sorbet, granita, smoothie bowl, frozen yogurt, and some frozen drinks.
It has a power of 800 W and, of course, respin functions, so if the texture isn't exactly how you want it, it does another cycle a bit slower to get the ice cream just right. It has a Mix option, so when the ice cream is ready, you can add extra fruits, cookies, or anything else like nuts, and it mixes them in slowly so everything combines and your ice cream is ready. It also has an automatic cleaning function.
It comes with three containers. They are BPA free and have a capacity of 600ml. However, the actual capacity is about 500ml. So it's just right, half a kilo of ice cream to keep in the freezer. At any given time, you can have 1.5 kg of ice cream in different flavors if you want to try different things to cool off in the summer. Or in the winter or any other season. Let's not have that discussion again.
So, how did it do and what have I made in the last three weeks? Of course, I made a lot of regular ice cream, gelato, and sorbet. I also tried the Light option, I'm not a big fan but I tried it to see how it is, along with granita and frozen yogurt.
I made strawberry sorbet, strawberry-cherry, and watermelon. I made regular chocolate, chocolate gelato, and regular vanilla ice cream, which I made two or three times and added different ingredients each time with the Mix, like crushed Oreo cookies, fruits, etc.
So, it's a very good device, quite economical compared to other similar ones. It's about €170, it makes the ice cream properly and as it should, with the right consistency and texture. Just as it should be. I definitely recommend it if you want a reliable and good machine to make ice cream at home, with exactly the ingredients you want, and in case of dietary restrictions, for reducing sugar or anything else that requires full control, then you won't be disappointed!
Δεν υπάρχει καλύτερο σημείο από το να δούμε ένα review μιας παγωτομηχανής, μιας και έρχεται η ώρα να φτιάχνουμε παγωτά στο σπίτι που θα τα χρειαστούμε και αυτό το καλοκαίρι. Εγώ είμαι από τους ανθρώπους που προφανώς δεν σταματάνε να τρώνε παγωτάκια τη διάρκεια του χρόνου. Δεν ξέρω γιατί υπάρχει αυτό το νοητό διάλειμμα κατανάλωσης παγωτού. Τέλος πάντων. Οπότε αφού το βγάλαμε αυτό τη μέση, πάμε να δούμε τη νέα παγωτομηχανή της Izzy ΙΖ-2045 Italian Gelato. Την χρησιμοποίησα για 3 εβδομάδες περίπου και έχω φτιάξει αρκετά πραγματάκια!
Ξεκινάμε να τη γνωρίσουμε έτσι λίγο από κοντά πρώτα. Αρχικά είναι έτσι αρκετά compact ας πούμε όχι πολύ μικρή αλλά ούτε πάρα πολύ μεγάλη. Είναι στενή και ψηλή οπότε δεν πιάνει και πολύ χώρο στο πάγκο. Έχει αυτή τη μεγάλη οθόνη μπροστά που έχει όλες τις επιλογές που μπορείς να χρειαστείς για την παρασκευή παγωτού. Προφανώς κανονικό παγωτό, ελαφρύ παγωτό light άμα χρησιμοποιήσεις κάποια άλλα υλικά, ιταλικό παγωτό gelato, sorbet, γρανίτα, smoothie bowl, παγωμένο γιαούρτι, frozen yogurt δηλαδή και κάποια παγωμένα ροφήματα.
Έχει ισχύ 800 W και εννοείται λειτουργίες respin, όταν δεν σου βγει ακριβώς η σύσταση έτσι όπως η θες, ξανακάνει ένα κύκλο λίγο πιο αργά για να γίνει το παγωτό ακριβώς έτσι όπως πρέπει να είναι. Έχει επιλογή Mix που όταν είναι έτοιμο το παγωτό, βάζεις μέσα έξτρα φρούτα, μπισκότα ή οτιδήποτε άλλο ξηρούς καρπούς και πάλι το ανακατεύει έτσι λίγο πιο σιγά ώστε να αναμιχθούν όλα μαζί και να είναι έτοιμο το παγωτάκι. Και έχει και λειτουργία αυτόματου καθαρισμού.
Έρχεται με τρία δοχεία. Είναι BPA free και έχουν χωρητικότητα 600ml. Βέβαια η πραγματική χωρητικότητα είναι κάπου στα 500ml. Οπότε είναι μια χαρά, μισό κιλό παγωτό για να έχεις στην κατάψυξη. Ανά πάσα στιγμή έχεις 1,5 kg παγωτό σε διαφορετικές γεύσεις αν θέλεις να δοκιμάσεις διάφορα πράγματα για να δροσίζεσαι το καλοκαίρι. Ή και το χειμώνα ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη εποχή. Μην ξανακάνουμε αυτή τη συζήτηση.
Πώς τα πήγε λοιπόν και τι έχω φτιάξει τις τελευταίες τρεις εβδομάδες; Έχω φτιάξει εννοείται πάρα πάρα πολύ κανονικό παγωτό, gelato και sorbet. Δοκίμασα και το Light, δεν είναι πολύ fan αλλά το δοκίμασα για να δω πώς είναι, μαζί με γρανίτα και frozen yogurt.
Έφτιαξα σορμπέ φράουλα, φράουλα κεράσι και καρπούζι. Έφτιαξα σοκολάτα κανονική, σοκολάτα gelato και κανονικό παγωτό βανίλια που την έφτιαξα δύο-τρεις φορές και έβαζα διάφορα υλικά μέσα κάθε φορά με το Mix, πχ θρυμματισμένα μπισκότα Oreo, φρούτα κλπ.
Λοιπόν, πάρα πολύ καλή συσκευή, αρκετά οικονομική σε σχέση με άλλες παρόμοιες. Είναι περίπου στα 170€, κάνει τα παγωτά σωστά και όπως πρέπει, με την κατάλληλη σύσταση και υφή. Όπως πρέπει δηλαδή. Σίγουρα την συνιστώ, εάν θέλεις μία αξιόπιστη και καλή μηχανή για να φτιάχνεις παγωτό στο σπίτι, με ακριβώς τα υλικά που θες αλλά και σε περίπτωση διατροφικών περιορισμών, για τη μείωση της ζάχαρης ή οτιδήποτε άλλο απαιτεί τον πλήρη έλεγχο, τότε δεν θα χάσεις!
I haven't used it for more than 2 weeks but I have to say as a first impression it's amazing, it's worth the money I paid for it. I just have to point out 2 negatives: the first is that the lids don't fit well, meaning if I turn it upside down or sideways the lid will come off immediately, and although I can't say it's a big negative since it should always be placed vertically in the freezer, it's something to note. The second negative, which I don't know if it really is a negative because I have no experience with other ice cream machines, is that the blades don't reach all the way to the bottom and leave a layer that isn't mixed. Now, I don't know if this happens with other machines or if it's for safety, but the layer isn't big, still I have to mention it. Otherwise, perfect texture, taste, and it really feels like you're buying ice cream from outside. I recommend it!
δεν το χρησιμοποιώ πανω απο 2 βδομάδες αλλα εχω να πω σαν πρωτη εντύπωση ειναι τρομερό αξιζει για τα λεφτα που το πήρα απλα εχω διαπίστωση 2 αρνητικά το πρωτο ειναι οτι τα καπάκια δεν κουμπώνουν καλα δλδ αμα το γυρίσω ανάποδα η στα πλάγια θα βγει το καπάκι κατεθτυαν και αν και εντάξει δε μπορω να πω οτι ειναι μεγάλο αρνητικο αφου θα πρεπει πάντοτε στην κατάψυξη να ειναι καθετα τοποθετημένο και το δευτερο αρνητικό που δεν ξερω αν ειναι αρνητικό επειδη δεν εχω εμπειρία με άλλες μηχανές παγωτου ειναι οτι η λεπίδες δεν φτάνουν μεχρι τερμα κατω και αφήνει μια επίστρωση χωρις να εχει χτυπηθεί τωρα δε γνωρίζω αμα συμβαίνει και με άλλες μηχανές η ειναι για ασφαλεια ωστόσο δε ειναι μεγαλη η επίστρωση αλλα οφείλω να το πω κατα ταλα τελει υφή γεύση και οντως ειναι να αγοράζεις παγωτο απο εξω το συνιστώ!

Είναι πραγματικά φοβερή παγωτομηχανή και φτιάχνει παγωτό επαγγελματικού επιπέδου, με υφή και γεύση που θυμίζουν παγωτατζίδικο. Είναι πολύ εύκολη στη χρήση και τα αποτελέσματα είναι κάθε φορά άψογα.
Για εμένα, που έχω δύο μικρά παιδιά τα οποία δεν καταναλώνουν ζάχαρη και έναν σύζυγο που δεν τρώει γλουτένη, ήταν η καλύτερη αγορά που θα μπορούσα να κάνω!!

I will never buy ice cream from the supermarket again. I say it and I sign it. Izzy Italian Gelato came to our home and completely changed the way we see ice cream.
It has 8 programs, so you’re not playing by chance. You choose what you want: gelato, vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free, whatever you like, and the machine knows what to do.
The 3 containers of 650ml each are something I loved. You make three different flavors in the same round. Chocolate for the child, vanilla for the wife, something more experimental for me. All together.
The result? Chewy, velvety, without crystals. Like the one you pay for at the shop, but here you know what’s inside.
And the self-cleaning function is the cherry on top. You don’t waste half an hour washing it afterwards.

Δεν θα ξαναγοράσω παγωτό από super market. Το λέω και το υπογράφω. Η Izzy Italian Gelato ήρθε στο σπίτι μας και άλλαξε εντελώς τον τρόπο που βλέπουμε το παγωτό.
Έχει 8 προγράμματα, οπότε δεν παίζεις στην τύχη. Διαλέγεις τι θες gelato, vegan, χωρίς ζάχαρη, gluten free, ό,τι σου κατέβει και η μηχανή ξέρει τι να κάνει.
Τα 3 δοχεία των 650ml είναι κάτι που το λάτρεψα. Φτιάχνεις τρεις διαφορετικές γεύσεις στον ίδιο γύρο. Σοκολάτα για το παιδί, βανίλια για τη γυναίκα, κάτι πιο πειραματικό για μένα. Όλα μαζί.
Το αποτέλεσμα; Μαστιχωτό, βελούδινο, χωρίς κρυστάλλους. Σαν αυτό που πληρώνεις στο μαγαζί, αλλά εδώ ξέρεις τι έχει μέσα.
Και η λειτουργία αυτοκαθαρισμού είναι το κερασάκι στην τούρτα. Δεν χάνεις μισή ώρα να την πλένεις μετά.

There is no better time than to see a review of an ice cream maker, since the time is coming to make ice cream at home, which we will need again this summer. I am one of those people who obviously do not stop eating ice cream throughout the year. I don't know why there is this imaginary break from ice cream consumption. Anyway. So, now that we've cleared that up, let's take a look at the new Izzy IZ-2045 Italian Gelato ice cream maker. I used it for about 3 weeks and I've made quite a few things!
Let's get to know it a bit up close first. Initially, it's quite compact, not very small but not very big either. It's narrow and tall so it doesn't take up much space on the counter. It has this large screen at the front with all the options you might need for making ice cream. Obviously, regular ice cream, light ice cream if you use different ingredients, Italian gelato, sorbet, granita, smoothie bowl, frozen yogurt, and some frozen drinks.
It has a power of 800 W and, of course, respin functions, so if the texture isn't exactly how you want it, it does another cycle a bit slower to get the ice cream just right. It has a Mix option, so when the ice cream is ready, you can add extra fruits, cookies, or anything else like nuts, and it mixes them in slowly so everything combines and your ice cream is ready. It also has an automatic cleaning function.
It comes with three containers. They are BPA free and have a capacity of 600ml. However, the actual capacity is about 500ml. So it's just right, half a kilo of ice cream to keep in the freezer. At any given time, you can have 1.5 kg of ice cream in different flavors if you want to try different things to cool off in the summer. Or in the winter or any other season. Let's not have that discussion again.
So, how did it do and what have I made in the last three weeks? Of course, I made a lot of regular ice cream, gelato, and sorbet. I also tried the Light option, I'm not a big fan but I tried it to see how it is, along with granita and frozen yogurt.
I made strawberry sorbet, strawberry-cherry, and watermelon. I made regular chocolate, chocolate gelato, and regular vanilla ice cream, which I made two or three times and added different ingredients each time with the Mix, like crushed Oreo cookies, fruits, etc.
So, it's a very good device, quite economical compared to other similar ones. It's about €170, it makes the ice cream properly and as it should, with the right consistency and texture. Just as it should be. I definitely recommend it if you want a reliable and good machine to make ice cream at home, with exactly the ingredients you want, and in case of dietary restrictions, for reducing sugar or anything else that requires full control, then you won't be disappointed!
Δεν υπάρχει καλύτερο σημείο από το να δούμε ένα review μιας παγωτομηχανής, μιας και έρχεται η ώρα να φτιάχνουμε παγωτά στο σπίτι που θα τα χρειαστούμε και αυτό το καλοκαίρι. Εγώ είμαι από τους ανθρώπους που προφανώς δεν σταματάνε να τρώνε παγωτάκια τη διάρκεια του χρόνου. Δεν ξέρω γιατί υπάρχει αυτό το νοητό διάλειμμα κατανάλωσης παγωτού. Τέλος πάντων. Οπότε αφού το βγάλαμε αυτό τη μέση, πάμε να δούμε τη νέα παγωτομηχανή της Izzy ΙΖ-2045 Italian Gelato. Την χρησιμοποίησα για 3 εβδομάδες περίπου και έχω φτιάξει αρκετά πραγματάκια!
Ξεκινάμε να τη γνωρίσουμε έτσι λίγο από κοντά πρώτα. Αρχικά είναι έτσι αρκετά compact ας πούμε όχι πολύ μικρή αλλά ούτε πάρα πολύ μεγάλη. Είναι στενή και ψηλή οπότε δεν πιάνει και πολύ χώρο στο πάγκο. Έχει αυτή τη μεγάλη οθόνη μπροστά που έχει όλες τις επιλογές που μπορείς να χρειαστείς για την παρασκευή παγωτού. Προφανώς κανονικό παγωτό, ελαφρύ παγωτό light άμα χρησιμοποιήσεις κάποια άλλα υλικά, ιταλικό παγωτό gelato, sorbet, γρανίτα, smoothie bowl, παγωμένο γιαούρτι, frozen yogurt δηλαδή και κάποια παγωμένα ροφήματα.
Έχει ισχύ 800 W και εννοείται λειτουργίες respin, όταν δεν σου βγει ακριβώς η σύσταση έτσι όπως η θες, ξανακάνει ένα κύκλο λίγο πιο αργά για να γίνει το παγωτό ακριβώς έτσι όπως πρέπει να είναι. Έχει επιλογή Mix που όταν είναι έτοιμο το παγωτό, βάζεις μέσα έξτρα φρούτα, μπισκότα ή οτιδήποτε άλλο ξηρούς καρπούς και πάλι το ανακατεύει έτσι λίγο πιο σιγά ώστε να αναμιχθούν όλα μαζί και να είναι έτοιμο το παγωτάκι. Και έχει και λειτουργία αυτόματου καθαρισμού.
Έρχεται με τρία δοχεία. Είναι BPA free και έχουν χωρητικότητα 600ml. Βέβαια η πραγματική χωρητικότητα είναι κάπου στα 500ml. Οπότε είναι μια χαρά, μισό κιλό παγωτό για να έχεις στην κατάψυξη. Ανά πάσα στιγμή έχεις 1,5 kg παγωτό σε διαφορετικές γεύσεις αν θέλεις να δοκιμάσεις διάφορα πράγματα για να δροσίζεσαι το καλοκαίρι. Ή και το χειμώνα ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη εποχή. Μην ξανακάνουμε αυτή τη συζήτηση.
Πώς τα πήγε λοιπόν και τι έχω φτιάξει τις τελευταίες τρεις εβδομάδες; Έχω φτιάξει εννοείται πάρα πάρα πολύ κανονικό παγωτό, gelato και sorbet. Δοκίμασα και το Light, δεν είναι πολύ fan αλλά το δοκίμασα για να δω πώς είναι, μαζί με γρανίτα και frozen yogurt.
Έφτιαξα σορμπέ φράουλα, φράουλα κεράσι και καρπούζι. Έφτιαξα σοκολάτα κανονική, σοκολάτα gelato και κανονικό παγωτό βανίλια που την έφτιαξα δύο-τρεις φορές και έβαζα διάφορα υλικά μέσα κάθε φορά με το Mix, πχ θρυμματισμένα μπισκότα Oreo, φρούτα κλπ.
Λοιπόν, πάρα πολύ καλή συσκευή, αρκετά οικονομική σε σχέση με άλλες παρόμοιες. Είναι περίπου στα 170€, κάνει τα παγωτά σωστά και όπως πρέπει, με την κατάλληλη σύσταση και υφή. Όπως πρέπει δηλαδή. Σίγουρα την συνιστώ, εάν θέλεις μία αξιόπιστη και καλή μηχανή για να φτιάχνεις παγωτό στο σπίτι, με ακριβώς τα υλικά που θες αλλά και σε περίπτωση διατροφικών περιορισμών, για τη μείωση της ζάχαρης ή οτιδήποτε άλλο απαιτεί τον πλήρη έλεγχο, τότε δεν θα χάσεις!
I haven't used it for more than 2 weeks but I have to say as a first impression it's amazing, it's worth the money I paid for it. I just have to point out 2 negatives: the first is that the lids don't fit well, meaning if I turn it upside down or sideways the lid will come off immediately, and although I can't say it's a big negative since it should always be placed vertically in the freezer, it's something to note. The second negative, which I don't know if it really is a negative because I have no experience with other ice cream machines, is that the blades don't reach all the way to the bottom and leave a layer that isn't mixed. Now, I don't know if this happens with other machines or if it's for safety, but the layer isn't big, still I have to mention it. Otherwise, perfect texture, taste, and it really feels like you're buying ice cream from outside. I recommend it!
δεν το χρησιμοποιώ πανω απο 2 βδομάδες αλλα εχω να πω σαν πρωτη εντύπωση ειναι τρομερό αξιζει για τα λεφτα που το πήρα απλα εχω διαπίστωση 2 αρνητικά το πρωτο ειναι οτι τα καπάκια δεν κουμπώνουν καλα δλδ αμα το γυρίσω ανάποδα η στα πλάγια θα βγει το καπάκι κατεθτυαν και αν και εντάξει δε μπορω να πω οτι ειναι μεγάλο αρνητικο αφου θα πρεπει πάντοτε στην κατάψυξη να ειναι καθετα τοποθετημένο και το δευτερο αρνητικό που δεν ξερω αν ειναι αρνητικό επειδη δεν εχω εμπειρία με άλλες μηχανές παγωτου ειναι οτι η λεπίδες δεν φτάνουν μεχρι τερμα κατω και αφήνει μια επίστρωση χωρις να εχει χτυπηθεί τωρα δε γνωρίζω αμα συμβαίνει και με άλλες μηχανές η ειναι για ασφαλεια ωστόσο δε ειναι μεγαλη η επίστρωση αλλα οφείλω να το πω κατα ταλα τελει υφή γεύση και οντως ειναι να αγοράζεις παγωτο απο εξω το συνιστώ!

Για εμένα, που έχω δύο μικρά παιδιά τα οποία δεν καταναλώνουν ζάχαρη και έναν σύζυγο που δεν τρώει γλουτένη, ήταν η καλύτερη αγορά που θα μπορούσα να κάνω!!

Τα σπάει, απλά. Είναι η καλύτερη αγορά που έχουμε κάνει εδώ και χρόνια. Φανταστικό παγωτό, με όποια συνταγή θέλεις (οι συνταγές που έχει η μηχανή είναι πεντανόστιμες), με τα υλικά που θέλεις.
Θα κάνει απόσβεση σε ένα καλοκαίρι.
Το μόνο «μειονέκτημα» ότι οι 3 κάδοι δεν φτάνουν ?

εξαιρετικό παγωτό σαν να το αγορασες από παγωτατζίδικο. Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ως τώρα τα προγράμματα frozen yoghurt, ice cream, light ice cream και δεν με απογοήτευσαν. Είναι μόνο μέχρι να το βρεις με αναλογία υλικών. Προσωπικά, αγόρασα ζυγαριά ακριβείας. Είμαι ενθουσιασμένη με την αγορά μου.
