The recently completed Labor Law Code aims to serve as a useful legal "tool" that will facilitate the user, whether employee, employer, lawyer, or judge. The Code was enacted by Presidential Decree 62/2025 and amended by Law 5239/2025.

It is a collection and classification of current legislative provisions on Individual and Collective Labor Law, as well as provisions on workers' health and safety and the administrative supervision of labor.

This edition includes a table matching the codified legislative provisions, as well as a detailed alphabetical index.
