Sunlu ASA filament is designed for 3D printing parts used outdoors. It resists UV radiation, rain, and high temperatures, and has a heat deflection temperature of 96 °C. Its tensile strength is 50 MPa, and its impact strength is 18 kJ/m².

It has a diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm. The recommended printing speed is 50–200 mm/s, with different printing temperatures depending on the speed.
