    The worst purchase I have ever made!! In the first few days it was perfect!! After 2 weeks of use (about 20 hours of use max) it started to freeze. The volume control didn't work, it only played from YouTube which was already selected and stayed there. After 5-10 minutes, whatever command we had selected would execute by itself. Unacceptable. It went to the importing company (3 times until the fault was confirmed), it was replaced with a new one under warranty, the new one was put into operation and after a few days the screen froze and it never worked again. It turns on but the screen doesn't work at all. That one was also replaced but this time with a used one which did the same thing as the first screen. Now we are waiting for the holidays to end so we can call the people to tell us what we can do. They should give us a solution from Italy where the Macrom factory is. I am very disappointed with this series.
