Brunox Epoxy primer neutralizes rust and creates an epoxy coating suitable for spot repairs. The epoxy resins penetrate deeply and transform rust particles into a uniform organometallic coating, without requiring thorough rust removal. It is applied in two coats: the first neutralizes the rust, while the second forms a durable, flexible protective coating.
Before application, remove any loose rust that is not firmly adhered. After 24 hours, varnish or paint can be applied as a protective and decorative coating. The primer can also be used under fillers and baked at 180 °C for approximately 10 minutes.
