Mercola HMEGACRYL is a high-quality, elastomeric acrylic one-component sealant, suitable for sealing cracks and joints in both interior and exterior applications.

Applications: Sealing of cracks and joints in door and window frames, window sills, stairs, skirting boards, rabbet joints, chimneys, cable ducts, pipes, etc. Suitable for materials such as brick, cement, plasterboard, wood, glass, ceramic tiles, metals, aluminum, rigid PVC, etc. Ideal for expansion joints up to 15% in construction applications.

Instructions for use: Surfaces must be dry and clean from dust and grease. On unstable surfaces, apply ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR solvent-based primer or ISOCRYL PRIMER DUR AQUA water-based primer. Apply with a silicone gun and correct with MEGACRYL. If necessary, smooth the surface with a spatula. The final surface is shaped with soapy water before drying. When dry, MEGACRYL can be painted with most paints, which should have sufficient elasticity.

Joint size: Minimum width: 5mm, Maximum width: 20mm, Minimum depth: 5mm, Depth = width is recommended.
