I can't say for sure that I have noticed a difference because of the supplement. I feel good and strong, but I'm not sure if the supplement has helped or if it's just from my diet and exercise in general. Anyway, it doesn't cause me any side effects.

I bought 30 tablets as a trial from the pharmacy. And I noticed a difference after the first ten days. Due to my night shift work, it has saved me in terms of energy.

Not particularly satisfied, I tried them for 2 months, I didn't see any difference, I used to buy a generic effervescent tablet from the supermarket for 1 euro, I saw a bigger difference back then. Quite expensive for what they offer.

Fantastic vitamins! I haven't tried others to compare, but from the beginning when I researched them, these have the most ingredients and vitamins compared to the ones I looked at. They even strengthened my hair and made it thicker in the 2 months that I've been taking them. While before I felt tired, after the first 2-3 days I immediately saw a difference, I don't get tired easily anymore and I feel my body much healthier. Along with these, I also take effervescent vitamin C

After 10 days of daily use, I am relatively satisfied. You feel a dose of physical and mental energy, but it takes a long time to take effect. Personally, they give me this boost for about 4-5 hours after taking the pill. Maybe it's because they are in pill form and not effervescent. I think effervescent ones act much faster, in almost half the time. I will go back to those.

Excellent multivitamins, they give you energy if you feel like a zombie in the mornings, after the third or fourth pill you start to see the difference. The only downside is the intense gastrointestinal disturbance. Personally, I take it every other day.

Very good value for money, it has a nice vitamin profile and is easy to consume. Now, as for what it promises, you must also follow a proper diet otherwise it doesn't do much.
