Deltaco E-Charge Charging Cable
The cable is made from TPE material which provides good resistance to oils, friction, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It remains flexible at low temperatures. The Type 2 connectors are the EU standard, used by car manufacturers such as AUDI, BMW, Hyundai, KIA, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo.
Charging is monitored via bidirectional communication between the vehicle and the charger. When connecting the cable to the vehicle, an auto-check is performed to ensure proper connection and the vehicle's readiness for charging. The contacts are mechanically locked for protection against theft and unauthorized use during charging.
After charging is complete, you need to unlock the vehicle to open the mechanical lock and remove the charging cable, starting from the vehicle side.
The cable must not be repaired or cut/joined, as this may affect safety and operation.
