The Ninja Speedi is generally very good for the price of €170. It does its job properly, cooks quickly, has many functions (steam, bake, air fry, etc.) and is easy to use. If you want a multi-tool in the kitchen that does everything in one, it's hard to find something better for this money.
The problem starts with the accessories. To make full use of it, you definitely need an extra pot and a second rack (crisp tray). And guess what: there is nothing available either in Greece, or even through "well-known online stores". No spare parts, no extras – nothing.
The official websites of the manufacturer only sell in their own countries (e.g. UK, Germany, USA), so even if you find something, they don't ship here.
Το Ninja Speedi είναι γενικά πολύ καλό για την τιμή των 170€. Κάνει σωστά τη δουλειά του, μαγειρεύει γρήγορα, έχει πολλές λειτουργίες (ατμός, ψήσιμο, air fry κ.λπ.) και είναι εύχρηστο. Αν θες ένα πολυεργαλείο στην κουζίνα που να τα κάνει όλα σε ένα, δύσκολα θα βρεις κάτι καλύτερο σ’ αυτά τα λεφτά.
Το πρόβλημα ξεκινάει με τα αξεσουάρ. Για να το αξιοποιήσεις στο φουλ, χρειάζεσαι σίγουρα ένα έξτρα σκεύος και μια δεύτερη σχάρα (crisp tray). Και μάντεψε: δεν υπάρχει τίποτα διαθέσιμο ούτε στην Ελλάδα, ούτε καν μέσω " γνωστών ηλεκτρονικών καταστημάτων" . Κανένα ανταλλακτικό, κανένα έξτρα – τίποτα.
Οι επίσημες ιστοσελίδες της κατασκευάστριας εταιρείας πουλάνε μόνο στις χώρες τους (π.χ. UK, Γερμανία, ΗΠΑ), οπότε ακόμα κι αν βρεις κάτι, δεν στέλνουν εδώ.
Very nice appliance that cooks quickly and deliciously. But the basket and the special rack are not of good quality. After a few uses, the basket got marks as if it had been hit. Its coating got damaged and I don't know if it is safe to use. We always used silicone utensils and washed it very carefully. It did not last even a year. Spare parts are not available anywhere in Greece.
