10-piece LAN network testing and assembly tool kit. Ideal for setting up new local networks or repairing existing ones in residential and commercial spaces. All tools are stored in a case with a dedicated slot for each item.
The tester checks LAN cable continuity and detects incorrect connections, short circuits and broken wires. It tests UTP and FTP connections with RJ45 plugs, as well as telephone cables with RJ11 plugs. It consists of two main units and a terminator, which are connected to either end of the cable segment being tested.
The main unit features a switch, LEDs, and RJ45 and RJ11 ports. The detachable unit (terminator) has LEDs and two ports: RJ45 and RJ11.
The crimping tool is used to attach 8-pin (RJ45), 6-pin and 4-pin (RJ12, RJ11) plugs. Its handle also includes a cutter and stripper for twisted-pair cables.
The stripper is suitable for cables thinner than twisted-pair cables. The LSA insertion tool is used to make telecommunications and telephone cables with LSA-type connectors.
The kit includes 10 RJ45 plugs in a practical plastic case, handy cable-cutting tools and two screwdrivers: flathead and Phillips.
