Knife sharpener equipped with 4 sharpening slots and a scissors sharpening slot, brand Zokura. Slots 1 and 2 are designed for regular/European knives, while slots 3 and 4 are for Asian knives.

Knife sharpening instructions:

• Place the sharpener on a flat work surface.
• Hold the sharpener with one hand and the knife handle with the other.
• Insert the knife blade fully into the slot at a 90° angle to the sharpener.
• Apply light downward pressure on the blade while pulling the knife through the sharpening slot from the base to the tip.
• 5-7 repetitions are required, depending on the blade.

The sharpener has five slots - pass the knife blade through each slot, starting from the coarse slot to the fine one.

• Slot 1 and 3: Carbide blades (Preparation) – Repair worn edges and restore the blade shape before actual sharpening.
• Slot 2 and 4: Diamond rods (Sharpening) – Sharpen the blade and restore the V-shaped cutting angle.
• Slot 5: Diamond rods - For sharpening scissors.

Scissors sharpening instructions:

• Place the scissors in the corresponding slot, move the scissor blade from the tip to the handle, and repeat the motion as many times as needed in one direction.

Care and storage: Clean the sharpener with a damp cloth or soft brush. Do not rinse with water.
