The present Volume III of my monograph "From the History of the Konitsa Province" is organized into thematic units of texts, some of which consist of my historical narratives, and others of authentic historical documents. These texts contain information or even critical opinions about events and individuals from the past of the Konitsa province, which is divided into the period before 1850 (Part One) and the period 1850-1913 (Part Two).

Some of the authentic documents are from the Ottoman Archives of the Presidency of Istanbul: Turkiye Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanlığı Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı Osmanlı Arşivi (BOA). They mainly pertain to Molista, but were also found and translated into English by Turkish scholar Erdogan Cargi, assistant professor of Modern History at Cankiri Karatekin University. The remaining authentic documents were found in various magazines and books and selected for republication here because, compared to other such documents, they contain unique or more comprehensive information about many unknown aspects of the 1850-1913 period in the history of the Konitsa province.

With these documents and my narratives in this volume about the same period, the most important events of this era are systematically assembled for the first time. (From the preface of the edition)
