  • Maximum Disc Diameter

    From 115mm to 150mm, it satisfactorily covers most amateur and professional tasks. The cutting depth ranges from 30mm to 40mm. A smaller disc diameter means that the wheel will be more flexible for simple tasks (e.g. electrical, plumbing, or DIY projects).

    From 180mm and above, it concerns industrial applications that require a larger cutting/sanding surface. The cutting depth is from 70mm and above.

  • Brushless

    The advantage that brushless motors have over brushed ones is that they do not have friction since there are no carbon brushes. Without carbon brushes, the motors are more efficient and have a longer lifespan as there is no wear (the carbon brushes in brushed motors wear out with use). They produce less noise, maintain constant torque at all speeds, do not overheat, and require no maintenance.
