Description

The voltage detector combines the advantages of a traditional phase detector and a non-contact voltage detector. The traditional phase detector allows quick and easy confirmation of the live wire. It is suitable for voltage detection between 70 - 250 V AC with contact. If the LED lights up, the wire is live. If the LED does not light up, the voltage of the tested wire is below 70 V AC. In non-contact mode, the detector can detect voltages between 70 - 600 V AC, minimizing the risk of electric shock and offering safer phase confirmation.

  • Polarity test
  • Continuity test
  • Safe non-contact detection
  • Light point

Warning!

  • The detector must not be used for measuring voltages above the specified nominal values.
  • Proper indication is guaranteed only between -10 and +50 °C and in the frequency range of 50-500 Hz.
  • The visibility of the signal may be affected by adverse lighting conditions (e.g., direct sunlight).
  • Before use, check the proper operation of the detector (AUTO-TEST).
  • Do not use the detector in the presence of moisture (including dew, condensation, or rain).
  • The blade of the phase detector should only be used for voltage confirmation. Any other actions should be performed only with the voltage disconnected! Do not use the detector if it is damaged!

Note that under certain conditions, static electricity can accumulate on the plastic housing, causing false indications. Never attempt to modify the internal components of the detector.
