Yoki Pão de Queijo flour. This traditional Brazilian cheese bread is famous for its crispy crust and soft, cheesy interior.

Ingredients:

  • Cassava starch
  • Modified cassava starch
  • Vegetable fat
  • Salt
  • Hydrogenated vegetable fat
  • Glucose syrup
  • Whole milk powder
  • Whey powder
  • Cheese powder
  • Maltodextrin butter
  • Yeast extract
  • Flavors
  • Acidity regulators (lactic acid, dipotassium phosphate, disodium phosphate)
  • Sodium bicarbonate
  • Emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)
  • Antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol)

Allergens: Contains milk and soy derivatives. Contains lactose. Gluten-free.

Preparation Instructions: Add 100ml cold water and 2 medium eggs to the mixture, shape into small balls and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-40 minutes until golden brown.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

These cheese breads are suitable for breakfast, as a snack, or as accompaniments to your favorite dishes.
