The PLANET IVC-234GT is a high-performance industrial Gigabit Ethernet extender, designed for Ethernet data transmission over existing legacy wiring infrastructure or 2-wire telephone lines. It combines Gigabit Ethernet and VDSL2 technology with G.vectoring support for improved stability and performance over long distances.
It supports asymmetric and symmetric transmission modes, with maximum duplex data rates up to 300 Mbps and transmission distances up to 1.4 km, depending on wiring and conditions. It is built in a slim metal housing with IP30 protection, suitable for industrial applications, and operates at temperatures from -40°C to 75°C.
Additional features include dual 12~48V DC power inputs, store-and-forward switching method, jumbo frame support up to 9K bytes, LED status indicators, and a 4-position DIP switch for CO/CPE setting, targeted zone design, and SNR margin adjustment.
