It offers a focal length from 2.8 to 8.5 mm, i-CS technology with 3 motors for remote control of zoom, focus, and aperture, as well as IR correction for clear images during day and night.

It features a CS-Mount interface and supports sensors up to 1/2.7 inch, making it suitable for security installations requiring flexible field of view adjustment and clear optical performance. Compatible Axis models include the P1368-E, Q1615 Mk II, Q1615-E Mk II, P1385/-B, P1387/-B, P1377, and P1375.

The lens is typically supplied as a white surveillance accessory.
