Optical fiber helps reduce EMI/RFI interference. The cable features aluminum foil shielding and Kevlar reinforcement, while the male DisplayPort connectors have a locking mechanism. It is unidirectional, supports MST, HDCP 1.4/2.2 and EDID detection, and requires no driver installation.
