The Aqua Filter Big Blue BBF115 water filter system is installed on the main water supply and has a 1" pipe connection. The filter housing includes a solid carbon block filter made from 50% natural citrus peel and 50% high-density activated carbon. The filter traps dirt, rust, sand, silt and other suspended particles with 5-micron filtration, while helping reduce chlorine, organic pollutants, pesticides, chemicals, heavy metals and unpleasant odors.

It improves the taste and clarity of the water and has a low pressure drop. The filter lasts for up to 83,000 liters, and replacement is recommended every 6–12 months.
