Vitabolic SRL D3 4000 IU + K2 is a food supplement containing vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The K2 is derived from a fermentation extract of Bacillus subtilis Natto. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal function of the immune system, while vitamins D3 and K2 contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

The formula contains cholecalciferol, cellulose, calcium carbonate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and medium-chain triglycerides.
