Review this product
  • when we renovated the bathrooms in 2022, all the accessories I bought were sanco. everything was fine except for this one. this says stainless steel, right? Well, the upper part of the pump, when the liquid soap sometimes overflowed, would stay on the external "stainless steel" part. over time, with the presence of liquid soap, it didn't oxidize (it didn't rust, that is) but it was eaten away by the soap. so when I scrubbed it with my nail to remove the dried soap, I was also removing the nickel surface. in fact, when I did it a bit harder because I didn't realize, pieces came off. it's as if the cap had dried out so when I scrubbed it, bits would come off/as if it had crumbled a bit. so what exactly was stainless steel? and why did I pay 30-35 euros for it then?
