It makes the hair quite stiff. Without a conditioner mask and oil, it leaves them very dry. It takes quite a bit more time than stated to see results, but it does what it promises.

The only negative thing is that it leaves a little color residue on the nails after washing for a while and requires better rinsing.

At first, I left it for two minutes during each wash, but I didn't see a tremendous difference. Then I tried leaving it for 20 minutes before regular shampooing, and it really made a huge difference. All the yellowness disappeared as if I had done a refle. Now, when I need to refresh the color, I use this shampoo instead of dyeing my hair. However, it definitely needs conditioner and a little oil.

I have gray highlights and they had started to gradually turn yellow. With two washes where I left the shampoo for 3 minutes each time, the color returned. After washing, I used a mask so I don't know if it dehydrates them too much. I am very satisfied and will buy it again.

By far the best silver product I have tried, it does everything it promises! It leaves the hair soft and shiny, maintains the color, neutralizes any yellow tones. I have been using it every time I wash my hair for over two years now.
