Tytan Roofing Sealant is an elastic rubber compound for sealing and repairing roofs. It adheres to porous and non-porous building surfaces, such as concrete, plaster, sheet metal, plastic, roofing felt and bituminous compounds. It withstands changing weather conditions and ageing, can be applied to wet, smooth surfaces and can be painted once dry.
It is used on roof sheets, joints between roofing materials, chimneys, eaves, gutters, roof valleys and downpipes, as well as on ventilation ducts, air-conditioning ducts and exhaust ducts. It is also suitable for filling grooves and joints when waterproofing walls.
