Tq S-013 silicone is a white, one-component sealant based on polysiloxanes, with an acetic acid curing system. It creates permanently flexible joints that are resistant to weather, moisture, UV radiation and temperature changes. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use on stainless steel, glass and ceramics.
Used to seal joints between building materials and finishing elements, for glazing—mainly in wooden frames—as well as for display cases, countertops, signs and illuminated advertising boxes. It is also suitable for minor home repairs, hobby projects, and sealing boats, cars and caravans. It is touch-dry in 12–15 minutes and forms a smooth, glossy surface that does not crumble or crack.
