What time did you go to his house? Had he invited you? Did you resist? What did you say? Did you say it out loud? Are you sure he heard it?

A performance about sexual trauma as a turning point in the subject’s biography and its imprint on the body, sexuality, psyche, memory, and relationships. A monologue focusing on the system of power that evaluates, grades, and classifies victims as "ideal victims," "lesser victims," or "non-victims," shaping the terms of their symbolic annihilation. A monologue about empowerment strategies for individuals who have suffered sexual abuse and the transition from the identity of victim to that of a survivor.

The work is inspired by a real event: the rape of a gay boy, which emerged within the framework of the Greek #MeToo movement. With his consent, his testimony is presented on stage through a fictionalized transcript.

According to Theano Metaxa, in the book’s foreword, "Every soul's testimony can be heartbreaking. However, the only heartbreaking monologue here is the testimony before the Authority, the judicial authority that forces Petros to play a role that was violently assigned to him: the role of the victim. […] These are among those cries that are not confined to the stage but shape the moral and social framework within which justice is served."

"The confessional cyclical structures, the devastating courtroom scene, the barrage of violent questions imprinted exemplarily in memory place us directly in the shoes of a young person next door who, having been utterly exposed to the violence of a world for which no one can be prepared, rightfully wonders who is responsible for a crime, without any systemic authority being able to provide a truly restorative answer," the author and director Pavlina Marvin adds in the book’s afterword.
