Tytan Fix2 elastic adhesive-sealant is based on MS Polymer technology and is designed for bonding and sealing finishing materials and building substrates. It can be used indoors and outdoors, including on damp but not wet substrates. The flexible bond absorbs vibrations and resists moisture, UV radiation and changing weather conditions.
Suitable for wood, glass, mirrors, expanded polystyrene, metal, PVC, plaster, plasterboard, concrete, brick, ceramics, porcelain, cork, artificial stone, mineral wool and glass wool. It is suitable for structural and sanitary sealing, decorative elements, furniture, drainpipes, non-structural constructions, minor repairs and roof repairs. The joint can be painted once a skin has formed, without affecting the curing time. It contains no solvents, silicones or isocyanates, and does not corrode metals or discolour alkaline surfaces.
