Royal Jelly 10g

Royal jelly is a natural product produced by bees. It is the creamy substance secreted by the hypopharyngeal glands of worker bees and serves as the food for all immature stages of bees, which is why it is also called the milk of bees. The reason it is called "royal jelly" is because the larvae destined to become queens, as well as adult queens, are exclusively fed a large quantity of this food. Royal jelly is the determining factor that transforms a bee from worker to queen.

Instructions for Use: The usual recommended dosage for an adult is 1 teaspoon (about 0.5g) in the morning, on an empty stomach, under the tongue until dissolved. Children should consume half a teaspoon. Athletes and patients can consume up to 2 teaspoons. A special measuring spoon is included in the package. If the strongly acidic taste causes discomfort, it can be added to a little honey. The necessary period of use is daily for 3 months each year. It is always good to consult a doctor for the correct dosage.

Storage Conditions: Keep frozen or, once thawed, refrigerated without refreezing. Store at 5°C for 1-2 months, as it is affected by air, light, and metal utensils.
