Super moisturizing and absorbs immediately. Personally, I can't stand the feeling that creams leave on the skin, and with this one I feel the hydration without feeling the cream. It has no fragrance and is a perfect base for makeup.

I like it very much because it is a very lightweight gel and leaves the skin soft without a sticky feeling.
I will wait two more weeks to see the results as well and I will come back with my review. I have combination to oily and dehydrated skin.

(04/08/2026): I’m making an update to the above review. My routine is more or less this: at night I cleanse my face with the gentle foam of Sebamed Anti-Redness Gentle Cleansing Foam and then apply Vichy Mineral 89 serum and CeraVe moisturizer to damp skin. As for the moisturizer, the texture is wonderful, a super lightweight refreshing gel that leaves the skin moist but dries quickly. The finish is matte due to silica and niacinamide, ingredients with absorbent and sebum-regulating action respectively (!), which is why I do not recommend it for dry or very dehydrated skin. If you have normal to oily skin without issues -or even with breakouts, to a mild degree- and without many demands (anti-aging), it will suit you, mainly because of its very pleasant and refreshing texture. Another thing I did not like is that it stings if it gets into the eyes or if there is an open wound on the skin. It is not an unusual phenomenon, but personally it bothers me. The hydration on my skin (34-year-old woman, with combination and dehydrated skin and a few blemishes) was satisfactory, and that was about it. My skin was soft, generally speaking, but definitely not the best product I have bought in terms of hydration. If I were to repurchase it, it would be because of its price and texture; the ingredients are fine but nothing you can’t find nowadays in most moisturizers, such as ceramides, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, cholesterol, etc. So that’s it, I hope this experience proves useful to some people.

(04/08/2026): Κάνω ένα update στην αποπάνω κριτική. Η ρουτίνα μου είναι πάνω κάτω αυτή, το βράδυ καθαρίζω το πρόσωπό μου με τον απαλό αφρό της Sebamed Anti-Redness Gentle Cleansing Foam και κατόπιν απλώνω σε βρεγμένο δέρμα τον όρο της Vichy Mineral 89 και την ενυδατική της CeraVe. Στα της ενυδατικής, η υφή είναι υπέροχη, πανάλαφρο δροσιστικό τζελ που αφήνει υγρή την επιδερμίδα αλλά στεγνώνει γρήγορα. Το τελείωμα είναι ματ λόγω της σίλικα και της νιασιναμίδης, συστατικά με απορροφητική και σμηγματορρυθμιστική δράση αντίστοιχα (!), γι' αυτό και δεν την προτείνω σε ξηρές ή πολύ αφυδατωμένες επιδερμίδες. Αν έχετε κανονική προς λιπαρή επιδερμίδα χωρίς προβλήματα -ή ακόμα και με breakouts, σε ήπιο βαθμό- και χωρίς πολλές απαιτήσεις (αντιγήρανση), θα σας βολέψει, κυρίως λόγω της πολύ ευχάριστης και δροσερής υφής. Άλλο ένα πράγμα που δεν μου άρεσε είναι ότι τσούζει αν μπει στα μάτια ή υπάρχει ανοιχτή πληγή στο δέρμα. Δεν είναι ασυνήθιστο φαινόμενο, αλλά εμένα προσωπικά με ενοχλεί. Η ενυδάτωση στη δική μου επιδερμίδα (γυναίκα 34 ετών, με μικτό και αφυδατωμένο δέρμα και λίγα blemishes) ήταν ικανοποιητική, μέχρι εκεί. Το δέρμα μου απαλό, σε γενικές γραμμές, αλλά σίγουρα όχι το καλύτερο προϊόν που έχω αγοράσει από άποψη ενυδάτωσης. Αν θα το ξαναγοράσω θα είναι λόγω της τιμής και της υφής της, τα συστατικά είναι εντάξει αλλά όχι κάτι που δεν βρίσκεις πλέον στις περισσότερες ενυδατικές, όπως π.χ. ceramides, υαλουρονικό οξύ, γλυκερίνη, cholesterol κ.ά. Αυτά λοιπόν, ελπίζω αυτή η εμπειρία να φανεί χρήσιμη σε κάποιους.
