Copper lubrication spray is a high-temperature and fast-drying lubricant based on pure copper. It is a versatile product used for lubricating and protecting components that operate at extremely high temperatures. It prevents seizing, welding, sticking, and corrosion of parts that are exposed to high temperatures and severe weather conditions. It reduces friction between metal parts, eliminates noise, and is resistant to high pressure, saltwater, alkalis, and acids.
The lubricant should not be used on aluminum components.
Operating temperature: from -30°C to +1000°C
Applications:
- as an assembly lubricant to protect cooperating parts from seizing, e.g. spark plugs, exhaust system components, brake parts, bolts, gears, etc.
- for lubricating and maintaining threaded connections, flange joints, wheels, wheel bolts and nuts, oven hinges, brake shafts, and brake pad guides.
