The embroidery needle features a very wide eye and a large groove for the thread. These characteristic positions ensure that sewing and embroidery threads slide easily through the groove and eye, allowing their handling without breaking.
The embroidery needle allows the use of decorative techniques with thicker threads. The medium round tip helps prevent damage to the embroidery thread and the embroidery base.
