CX80 RC-42 threadlocker secures medium-strength metal connections and cures when it comes into contact with metal surfaces in the absence of air. It is used to lock screws and nuts, seal threaded connections, and prevent loosening due to vibration. It is particularly suitable for small threads up to M25 in diameter.
It protects against corrosion and vibration, prevents leaks through threaded connections, and increases clamping force and lubricity, making assembly easier. Initial curing takes place within 15 minutes, and full strength is achieved in 24 hours. It can be removed with hand tools.
