The device allows for easy diagnosis and quick detection of damage to the cylinder head. In case of damage to the head or the cylinder gasket, some exhaust gases, which contain, among others, CO2, enter the cooling system. The device works by measuring the CO2 content in the cooling system. The reactive liquid in the tester's flask interacts with gases from the cooling system and, if elevated CO2 levels are present, changes color to yellow, colorless or green.

The device is compatible with all cars equipped with petrol, LPG or diesel engines and cooled with liquid.

The set includes:

• PCV measurement tube
• 100ml CO2 reactive liquid, sufficient for 50 tests
• 6 adapters with diameters of 26/28mm, 29/33mm, 37/41mm, 40/43mm, 44/48mm, 48/51mm
• User manual in Polish
• Gloves included for free

Instructions for use:

1. Fill the device with approximately 2ml of reactive liquid up to the level below the tester’s flasks.
2. Connect the tester to the exhaust or radiator opening.
3. Start and heat up the engine, then increase the RPMs to achieve higher combustion pressure.
4. Let the engine idle or run at slightly increased RPMs and observe the liquid, which should foam.
5. If the liquid changes color to yellow, colorless or green within a few minutes, this indicates damage to the cylinder head or the cylinder gasket.

Test results:

• Color change from blue to green in diesel engine – indicates damage to the cylinder head or the cylinder gasket.
• Color change from blue to yellow in petrol/LPG engine – indicates damage to the cylinder head or the cylinder gasket.
• The reactive liquid remains blue – no CO2 detected in the system.
