The pouch is compatible with all standard STANAG 4179 magazines, including polymer versions such as FAB Defense Ultimags. By removing the detachable cover, it can also accommodate AKM magazines. The balanced retention system ensures magazines remain secure during movement, while still allowing rapid access when needed.
