How to choose the right inner tube for your tire? Inner tubes often have size markings in standard form, for example: 700 x 35/38/40/42 (622x35-44). This means:

• 700 – approximate wheel diameter in millimeters (usually used on road, trekking, and gravel bikes).
• 35/38/40/42/44 – tire widths compatible with the inner tube (in millimeters).
• 622 – exact inner rim diameter in millimeters (according to the ETRTO system).
• 35–44 mm – range of tire widths suitable for this inner tube according to ETRTO.

This inner tube fits tires with a diameter of 622 mm and width from 35 mm to 44 mm. Therefore:

1. Check your wheel diameter – it should be 622 mm (often indicated as 700c on the tire).
2. Make sure your tire width is within the 35–44 mm range – if so, this inner tube will be suitable.
