Oval casserole with lid, 29 cm diameter, 4.7 L capacity, made of cast iron, brand LAVA.

Cast iron is a material that heats up slowly and retains heat for a long period, making cookware suitable for most cooking techniques. The wall thickness is 4 mm.

On the inside, the product is coated with black enamel that helps create a non-stick surface when cooking with fat.

The glazed enamel exterior finish is achieved by spraying glass powder at temperatures of 750 - 850°C. The Premium series uses the "Majolica" technique, which offers unique glossy enamel and intense shades.

The lid is flat with small protrusions on the inside that ensure moisture retention. This creates a "rain" effect inside the casserole, enhancing flavors during cooking.

The base thickness is 5 mm, allowing the casserole to be used on all types of stoves, including induction. Not suitable for use in a microwave oven.

Suitable for preparing 6 servings. External dimensions: 36 x 23 x 12 cm.
