Hot Swappable

The hot swappable sockets are mounted on the PCB, allowing you to install or change the switches without soldering. The PCB supports mechanical MX switches with 3 and 5 pins.

RGB LED Lights South-facing

The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard’s backlight from the typist’s angle with premium non-shine-through PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB is also free from interference when users install alternative OEM or Cherry profile keycaps on the keyboard.

Screw-in PCB stabilizers

Even a small detail matters for the feel of your fingertips. We have integrated screw-in stabilizers that are mounted on the PCB for a smoother typing experience with less wobble on larger keys such as the spacebar, shift, enter, and delete. The Keychron V6 Max also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilizers.
