The 180-minute cooking class offers the opportunity to create a 4-course menu themed around Cycladic beer. The program includes traditional recipes as well as their history. The experience takes place at the Ftelos Brewery restaurant, where a professional chef guides the menu preparation process. At the end of the class, the recipe is provided so you can recreate it at home, applying the knowledge you have gained.
