Cast iron retains heat, helping food cook evenly and brown beautifully, while keeping it warm for longer at the table. Two side spouts make serving easier and help prevent drips, while the ergonomic handle and helper handle make it easier to carry.

The enamel surface develops a natural patina with non-stick behaviour and easy-release properties. For cooking, gradual heating over low or medium heat is recommended.
