Cast iron retains heat for even cooking and browning, while the enamelled interior develops a natural, non-stick patina with use. The side handles and helper handle make it easy to carry, while the pouring spouts on the sides make draining easier.

Suitable for use in the oven, on cooktops, induction cooktops and under the grill. Low to medium heat and gradual heating are recommended for cooking. Allow the pan to cool before cleaning. To help the patina develop, washing with water only is recommended.
