Its cast iron construction retains heat, helping food cook evenly and brown beautifully while keeping it warm for longer at the table. It can be used on an induction hob, in the oven, and under the grill.

The ergonomic handle and helper handle make it easy to move from the hob to the oven and table. For cooking, gradual heating over low or medium heat is recommended. The interior enamel surface develops a natural patina with non-stick properties; to help it develop, clean with water only.
