The Zebra Technologies dispenser upgrade kit is a field-installable accessory designed for Zebra ZD421D and ZD621D direct thermal printers. It adds label dispensing and peeling capabilities, allowing automatic separation of printed labels from the liner and presenting them one by one.

This accessory is compatible only with the ZD421D and ZD621D direct thermal print models and is not suitable for ZD421T or ZD621T thermal transfer printers.

The kit includes the following dispenser components:

• dispenser door
• door lock
• peeling roller
• label peeling bar
• label removal sensor
• printhead exit area components

It is designed to upgrade media handling and improve workflow efficiency in office label printing applications.
