TQ A-235 6601 anaerobic adhesive has a low viscosity and is designed for securing cylindrical components with an interference fit. It cures when it comes into contact with metal and is deprived of air, filling gaps from 0.01 to 0.15 mm. The cured bond withstands dynamic loads, vibrations, solvents and other chemicals, while protecting against corrosion.
It is used to assemble automation components and industrial machinery, create threaded joints, secure gears, pulleys and chains, and eliminate play in bearings. Apply a few drops directly from the bottle using the applicator. Do not immerse metal components in the container; assemble them with a twisting motion. It can be applied to lightly oiled surfaces, although degreasing provides greater strength.
