The Staedtler 236-1 permanent marker writes on paper, plastic, glass, metal, CDs/DVDs and other non-porous surfaces. Its yellow ink is low-odour and quick-drying, as well as waterproof, smear-resistant and lightfast.

The PP plastic barrel is made largely from recycled material. The nib has a sturdy, pressure-resistant design, while DRY SAFE technology protects the ink from drying out. The marker can be refilled using refill station 487 17 and is made in Germany.
